The maximum lifting weight of crane is 15 tons. The annual output is over 100 sets and the largest molds we made is up to 30 Tons. Compared with the mold market, the company's core competitiveness comes from the experienced engineering and manufacturing team. The core management members in project, design and manufacture departments are all have more than 10 years practical work experience and departmental management experience, Therefore, they can well versed in resources coordination to solve the two major pain points in factory-the quality and the deadline. The design team has directly involved in the mold design of Marelli AL / Magna / Valeo auto lighting; Mahle-Behr air & water auto tank and cooling fan bracket part; Inalfa auto sunroof parts; HCM interior and exterior accessories parts; INTEC / ARMADA(Nissan) auto structural parts and the LEIFHEIT household parts. The project team has directly led the molds development of CK / Mahle-Behr/ Valeo air & water tank and cooling fan bracket part; Sogefi inlet and outlet pipes, Sinocene / Toyota synthetic interior and exterior structural parts, EATON fuel tank parts, ABB electrical appliances switch and IKEA household product.
